BBR Home is a 5 days workout plan for home with minimal equipment. You’ll have 3 full body workouts and 2 Glute focused workouts. To achieve best results from home, we need to add some sort of added resistance to body weight. Here is what you’ll need:

1- A mat
2- A light fabric nonslip hip resistance band (they come small to go on your thighs)
3- A set of Loop resistance bands (they come in a large loop)
4- Dumbbells of different weight from light to heavy.
