For your safety, neither BBR nor Custom Coaching is designed for pregnant women. Please consult with your doctor before starting any fitness program.

I just did plastic surgery, can I workout with BBR?

Please consult with your doctor before starting. It’s important to fully recover and get medical clearance before beginning any fitness program.

I have zero experience in working out, can I sign up for BBR?

I would say this really depends on your personality. Some women have the passion for learning independently. They love searching for information, looking for guidance and experimenting with exercises alone. Others do not have the confidence to do so. If you are the first type, then BBR can work for you. The workout plan is on me, the learning is on you 😊💪🏽

I am a beginner with little knowledge on machines and exercise movements, would BBR work for me?

Yes. BBR will be great for you. Keep in mind, it is your responsibility to check your form and techniques. Keep learning. Record yourself to help you progress.

I have a busy schedule, and I want to dedicate a few hours to the gym. Would BBR help me?

Yes. BBR is a flexible workout plan. It offers you 3-5 working out days depending on your weekly schedule.

Does BBR provide a nutrition plan?

No. BBR is purely a workout plan. Keep in mind to see best results, keep your macros in check. If you want support with nutrition Custom Coaching is a better option for you.

What do I need for best results after I join BBR?

Commitment. Challenge yourself with weight. Work on your exercise form and techniques. Follow a high protein diet.

My goal is to build muscle and lose weight at the same time. Can BBR help me do that?

Absolutely! It is possible to build muscle while losing weight, though it requires a strategic approach! Building muscle generally relies on strength training and adequate protein intake, while losing weight requires a calorie deficit. The key to doing both at once—often called “recomposition”—is to focus on maintaining a moderate calorie deficit, eating enough protein to support muscle repair and growth, and following your training program.
