I have zero experience in working out, can I sign up for BBR?
I would say this really depends on your personality. Some women have the passion for learning independently. They love searching for information, looking for guidance and experimenting with exercises alone. Others do not have the confidence to do so. If you are the first type, then BBR can work for you. The workout plan is on me, the learning is on you 😊💪🏽
I am a beginner with little knowledge on machines and exercise movements, would BBR work for me?
Yes. BBR will be great for you. Keep in mind, it is your responsibility to check your form and techniques. Keep learning. Record yourself to help you progress.

My goal is to build muscle and lose weight at the same time. Can BBR help me do that?
Absolutely! It is possible to build muscle while losing weight, though it requires a strategic approach! Building muscle generally relies on strength training and adequate protein intake, while losing weight requires a calorie deficit. The key to doing both at once—often called “recomposition”—is to focus on maintaining a moderate calorie deficit, eating enough protein to support muscle repair and growth, and following your training program.
