By accessing Body by Rawia and purchasing any products/services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. MEMBERSHIPS & PURCHASES

2.1 Membership Access & Workout Plans

✔️ Purchasing a 3-month BBR membership grants access to monthly workout plans for that period.
✔️ BBR Plans are released every 4 weeks and must be downloaded before the next plan is released.

2.2 Custom Coaching

✔️ Requires you to submit personal data (e.g., height, weight, goals).
✔️ Data is used only for personalized coaching.

2.3 Refund Policy

🚫 No refunds on digital products, workout plans, or coaching services.
🚫 No refunds if results do not meet expectations, as results depend on various factors.

2.4 Membership Renewal & Expiry

✔️ If you do not renew, new plans may be removed when your membership expires. Please ensure you download all relevant files in case of a website update or change.
✔️ Past members can rejoin anytime but may only receive new plans from their new start date in case of a website update or change.
✔️ Body by Rawia will not be liable for any files the customer fails to keep.

3. DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY

3.1 Results Disclaimer

🚨 No fitness results are guaranteed. Success depends on:
✔️ Workout consistency
✔️ Exercise form, intensity, and nutrition
✔️ Individual metabolism and lifestyle

3.2 Safety Disclaimer

✔️ You must research and practice proper exercise techniques.
✔️ Body by Rawia is not responsible for injuries from workouts.
✔️ Consult a professional if unsure about exercise form.

3.3 Medical Disclaimer

✔️ Body by Rawia is NOT a medical professional.
✔️ Consult a doctor before starting any fitness or diet plan, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.
✔️ Using any plans or nutrition advice is your responsibility.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

🚫 We are not responsible for:

• Injuries, health issues, or lack of results.
• Loss of workout plans due to failure to download.
• Purchases made in error.

By using this site, you release Body by Rawia from liability for damages, losses, or injuries.
